AVOSpice version 1.80 has been released. This version substantially differs from the previous ones in terms of stability of the calculation process it provides.
Comparison of AVOSpice BSIM3v3 model and VerilogA BSIM3v3 model was carried out. The comparison showed that both realizations of BSIM3v3 model provide equal results in terms of accuracy and calculation speed.
Development of user interface for VerilogA model using was started.
