The name of simulation program AVOSim has been changed.

The name of simulation program AVOSim has been changed into AVOSpice to stress that first of all it is an accurate simulation program. But in addition to this it performs simulation of VLSI circuits up to 3-15 times faster than other well-known accurate simulators.
