AVOProbe is the perfect companion product for any analog simulator.
It’s a full-scale cross-platform waveform processor (postprocessor) for visualization and analysis of the simulated waveforms.
Key Features
- available for different platforms;
- different input file formats;
- APB-format - fast load large data file (up to 2 GB);
- runtime result visualization (AVOSpice simulation);
- full-scale customizing view;
- measuring cursors;
- waveform calculator including arithmetical and special operations;
- special data proccessing: Fourier transform, eye diagram, etc.;
- drag&drop cross-probing (carrying traces from one AVOProbe window to another);
- smart capturing screen to clipboard;

To implement arithmetical or algebraic operations on the traces, Evaluate Goal Function can be used.
Design Flow
AVOProbe can be easily used for visualization of results obtained in your Analog simulation Flow.
Input Formats:
- APB (AVOCAD internal format);
- CSV (raw ASCII format);
- CSDF;
- PSF(ASCII) no sweep;
- AvanWaves (ASCII/BIN) no sweep.
Output Format
Generates output files in APB (AVOProbe) format. APB is a proprietary format for storing probe data. In this way all settings made (zooming, adding and deleting traces, axis settings and etc.) are saved; it is very convenient for users.
Note: realized when input files are of APB format.
Operation Systems
For Linux version:
Linux RedHat 7.x, Fedora
SuSe 9.x, 10.x.
For Windows version:
Windows 2000, XP, 2003.
Usage
AVOProbe can be launched:
1. from command line;
2. from GUI - just double click on the icon.
