UniqueICs offers a number of tools for analog simulation, which can be acquired in different packages according to customer’s design flow. Among the programs offered are: analog simulator, postprocessor, layout editor, design environment.

There are several distribution channels for AVOCAD:
     1) through the Headquarters Office;
     2) through distributors.

In case of AVOCAD software purhase or signing a contract to design custom application delivery terms are stipulated separately in the contract. Possible way of distribution is distribution by means of the internet, all the accompanying forms is transmitted by post.

AVOCAD software can be acquired under the following license agreement terms:

1) Commercial version
Full-scale version of the program. Purchase of the commercial version can also include signing of The Maintenance and Support Agreement.

2) Academic version
Version is for applying within educational and scientific institutions. Some of the functionality is cut down.

3) Beta version
Require signing a contract to carry out beta testing.

4) Trial version
Full-scale but time-limited version of the program.
