All AVOCAD Maintenance and Support are offered under Standard Terms and Conditions. These provisions are stipulated with every Customer individually while making purchase and maintenance contracts.
UniqueICs Software Support&Maintenance Services include:
1. Using UniqueICs’s online and telephone support (see contacts) to receive technical assistance and/or general consultation by leading AVOCAD specialists with regard to AVOCAD software Customer has licensed from UniqueICs and for which Customer has elected to receive Maintenance and Support.
2. Obtaining new versions, updates and/or enhancements to current versions of AVOCAD. Our Support Newsletters are our primary means of communicating information about our software to you, such as releases and new patch files. To subscribe to the Support Newsletters write a letter to support@avocad.com.

3. Obtaining updates and enhancements to existing documentation.
4. Correcting critical defects in AVOCAD software that have a materially detrimental effect on the performance of AVOCAD (what effect is called ‘critical’ is stipulated in Support&Maintenance Agreement).
